Refund & Exchange Policy
At Closures & Frontals GH, we are committed to delivering quality hair products and beauty services. Due to the nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Hair Products
All hair sales are final.
We do not accept refunds on wigs, closures, frontals, bundles, or extensions once they have been:
• Worn, installed, washed, or customized
• Altered in any way (cut, colored, bleached, styled)
Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if:
• The item is unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The exchange request is made within 24 hours of delivery
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
No cash refunds — exchange or store credit only.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• Store credit of equal value
Damage caused by customer handling, installation, or third-party stylists is not considered a defect.
Custom Orders & Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable
• Custom-made wigs or special orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once processing has started
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
